Achieving mixed production of various products with one M/C machine, a line bar that contributes to reducing capital investment.

The Crescent Line Bar is composed of an unbalanced main body shape and a special guide pad arrangement. The centrifugal force generated during rotation controls the pressing pressure of the guide pads. By utilizing the holes at both ends of the crank hole as guide holes, it eliminates the need for support bushes in the fixture, enabling processing on a machining center. This achieves "investment reduction" and "mixed production of various types."
